This weeks stories...... Michelle is 22 and has a friend who is in his 60s. He`s been a good mate for a year now but last week he made a pass at her AND accused her of being a heavy drinker. Should she turn a blind eye to what happened and continue being his friend or should she steer clear for good? Ben is 34 and thinks that all women are annoying, superficial, gossips who couldn’t be honest if you paid them! He says every time he’s had a relationship he’s felt like he was some kind of personal banker to his girlfriend. He goes on to say that men are far more honest and interesting although he`s not gay! Do you have a view on this? Lauren is 19 and the other night she spotted her mum creeping out of the house at 2am and going into a neighbours house in her nightie! She didn’t return until 6am and the neighbour was on his own that night as his wife was working away! What should Lauren do? Tony is 26 and is upset that his girlfriend of three years has put on a fair bit of weight. He`s just doesn’t fancy her anymore because of this. She’s tried dieting but only ever half hearted attempts. What can Tony say to this girl? Is he wrong to be thinking about ending the relationship just because she’s bigger than when he met her? Caroline just had a nasty breakup with her fiancé of three years. It got a bit physical and they both ended up pushing and shoving each other. He smashed her phone on the floor, she sprained HIS wrist. Now he`s trying to make peace with her and try again but all she can think about is her £400 phone being broken. Do you have an opinion on this? What is it? Steve is 20 and thinks a woman in the office is flirting with him. She`s 11 years older than him and very cute apparently! So far she has offered him a piece of chocolate and said good morning a couple of times. Steve reckons this amounts to flirting. What do you think? A difficult show with some harrowing stories of child abuse and plenty of input from callers. I decided to do this one to try to get to the bottom of exactly what was going on with C.H.R.I.S ( http://www.chris-uk.org/ ) a website which re-posts newspaper reports in an attempt to name and shame paedophiles and provide a searchable database for parents to check who is at large in their area. On the face of it, this sounds like a reasonable idea but the site has not only been used to name and shame convicted sex offenders, it has also been used by its owner, Chris Wittwer, to publish pictures and details of those who have dared to question the way the site is funded and run. Aside from the above issues, the practice of publishing newspaper reports and maintaining an archive of them is extremely questionable as once the offenders are jailed, the occupants of addresses published in these reports are at risk of vigilante attacks. Quite shocking really when its usually the victims of abuse who occupy them rather than the offenders. When I put this to Chris Wittwer, he dismissed it and didn`t seem to grasp the concept. BALLOON RELEASES THROUGHOUT UK COMMEMORATES INTERNATIONAL MISSING CHILDREN’S DAY 25 MAY 2011. UNITED KINGDOM: The problem of missing children is complex and multifaceted. The exact number of children missing at any one time internationally is unknown. However to give an indication on the extent of the problem, it is estimated that every year in the United Kingdom 225,000 people go missing, of those figures between 97,700 and 110,000 are children under the age of 18. The vast majority of these children are usually recovered within 1 week of their disappearance, however it is estimated that 1% remain as “Long Term” missing. International Missing Children’s Day is a day to commemorate missing children who have been found, remember those who have been victims of crime and continue efforts to find those who are still missing. Forever Searching together with supporters of the cause will be releasing balloons to mark International Missing Children’s day. These releases will be taking place throughout the UK. Attached to every balloon, there will be a tag which will provide the details of a missing person, the tag also asks for the finder of the tag to return it to the Group telling them where the tag was found. Giles Cole has written for radio and stage and is a former actor. His writing credits include seven plays for BBC Radio 4 and eight stage plays. Helen Laverty - Have A Heart Campaign

The Children’s Heart Surgery unit at Southampton is under threat despite being ranked the second best in the country as health chiefs look to cut the UK’s 11 centres down to six or seven.

Southampton was featured in just one of four options which will be put out for a four-month public consultation starting on February 28, before the Joint Committee of Primary Care Trusts makes its final decision by the end of the year.

If Southampton closed, it would mean families would be forced to get life-saving treatment in London or Bristol, at units which experts say fell below the “exemplary” standards that Southampton has been scored so highly on.

This is Nancy she is 2 and very soon faces a 3^rd open heart surgery to prolong her life. Nancy was born with Hypo-plastic Left heart – the left side of her heart did not grow and she essentially lives with half a heart. It is thanks to the wonderful surgeons and team at Southampton General hospital that she is the wonderful little girl she is today.

We would travel the world if it meant the best treatment but this assessment has shown we already get the best treatment and are having to fight to keep it.
